Cancellation & Refund Policy

We strive to offer the best customer experience. If you are not satisfied, here’s how our cancellation and refund policy works.

1. Cancellation:

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

2. Refunds:

  • Refunds are processed for prepaid orders in case of cancellation before dispatch or if the product is not delivered.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

3. Return Eligibility:

  • Due to the perishable nature of dairy and organic items, returns are not accepted unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

4. Damaged Product:

  • Please share unboxing video/photos within 24 hours of delivery to claim a refund or replacement.
