Cancellation & Refund Policy
We strive to offer the best customer experience. If you are not satisfied, here’s how our cancellation and refund policy works.
1. Cancellation:
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
2. Refunds:
Refunds are processed for prepaid orders in case of cancellation before dispatch or if the product is not delivered.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
3. Return Eligibility:
- Due to the perishable nature of dairy and organic items, returns are not accepted unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
4. Damaged Product:
- Please share unboxing video/photos within 24 hours of delivery to claim a refund or replacement.
